I agree heartily, I was a late starter in Tibian and so I would get killed at hunting grounds left and right. The cities were even worse, I avoided them at all costs. expanded non-pvp zones would help low levels become competitors without the threat of constant pk when they get close.

I think its a good idea, but maybe it should be more thought over after the game is up and running.
