Tentative test date: 8/6/09 *Updated*

Looks like we will be able to do some testing on August 6th. This is going to be some early stuff (yea i know by this time we should be done, kiss my ass ) . It's not going to be too in depth as we want to make sure our framework is stable before moving on.
Things we will be testing:
Client Rendering
-Gui, Title screen, fonts, map all displaying graphics properly on various configurations of pc's
-Graphics stability (can the client minimize, resize, etc properly).
-Map refresh is acceptable
-Acceptable framerates
Map/Gameworld
-See other players & are they in their proper positions
-Walking around the map, things that block your movement should actually be blocking your movement
Chat
-Open close channels with other players
-Default channels automatically appear/cant be closed, work properly, etc (default channels will be Local & World for now)
-Proximity chat functioning as expected
Gui
-Interface functions as expected, scroll bars, buttons, text boxes work.
Server
-Misc
If all goes as expected, you will logon to what will eventually be the start location for new players. There wont be much to do as we want to focus on stability (as said). You should be able to walk around and chat and not much else (for now).
We are expecting about a week of testing. Our schedule looks like we will be bugfixing during the day and putting the server online at night. Each night when the server goes up, a new client version will be uploaded also. When we get close to testing, I'll open a Test Server forum and setup a method for bug reporting. I'll also post some more specific information.
Dont get too excited, it will probably be crashing alot, and boring
**UPDATE 7/19**
So our planning was pretty poor, my wife has a flight in on the 31st at 7pm, Doug & my wife's mother's birthday is on the 1st, and Doug has to go somewhere on the 2nd. So, we decided to push back to the 6th.
