The Beginning of an Adventure
At the edge of a lonely wood, smoke could be seen in the distance rising from a campfire. Gathered around were a few young adventurous squires, huntsmen, and apprentice diviners. They sat in the warm glow whispering tales of legends long past. "Have you 'eard the one about the ranger from the plains...

Re: PKing
Possibly "Blood Token/s" that only a select few NPCs will trade with? Just throwing it out there.

Re: Current creatures
Although Cipsoft didn't really implement 'smart targetting' . . . Several of thier creatures do command 'minions' or 'pets' to attack a player of choice (their current target). To add a class priority target list to each mob type so that they go after a specific class if it is within a certain range...

Re: Equipment and Weapons discussion
Although I like that they finally added benefits and penalties to items (for instance the +20 atk -20% accuracy crossbow, or sacrificing defense values for +skill levels) so that you can customize your character to your liking. . . Tibia has flooded the game with too many new items to choose from wa...

Re: Equipment slot location input
WoW places the rings stacked on one side, AoC places one on each side. . . most MMO's I've played generally have a range of different ways of doing accessories, so it is really up to the maker's preference. My personal view is if you can only have 2 rings, it gives you the feeling of only having one...

Re: Creating your character.
Of course the first player to make the name would have all rights and powers to enable others to take his/her family name. It's simply for more diversification. People who want to proclaim they are part of something besides a guild. Would you think twice about attacking a guildless lvl 6 if his las...

Re: Creating your character.
While on paper it is a decent idea, to enact it would be harder on the players themselves when making a character. Say there are 50 people that want to use the last name 'Bringer' but the first person who created the family doesn't want everyone joining his family. . . What is to stop them from join...

Re: Dristin Roadmap
I want to play a Susan! I had never actually looked up warlock in a dictionary heh, I just went with the definition I've developed over the years from numerous RPG type games. I agree that the name doesn't really matter, it is the content of the class that matters. If name really mattered, I...

Re: Dristin Roadmap
I agree with Bringer in that Warlock generally indicates a curse/damage over time class. That being said, would it be better to call the mage-type a Mage, Archmage or something else of the sort?

That search shows up because someone misspelled "Kristin" in the reference link for a news article at the bottom of the page (Kristin Dizon was the author of the article).
