Opinion poll: Music & Sound effects

So this is something Doug and I have talked about a few times. I am curious what the general opinion is.

For sound effects, it would most likley be a light ammount, maybe a 'cha-ching' when you buy/sell something, some sort of sound when a fight starts, the sound of the ocean near water, etc. We would steer clear of very repetitive sounds like 'clank clank clank' when using a sword for instance.

For music, different areas would have a instrumental style providing some additional atmosphere.

It's something many of us never missed or even wanted in our days with Tibia, but now from a development standpoint, we have been eyeing sounds a bit more than we thought originally.

If there is the option to turn music and sound effects completely off, and it wont lag the game, sure add them in

i agree with dick for brains... if you have the option to mute them both... why wouldn't you add them?

I voted for both. I would also agree that there should be an option to adjust and mute the volumes of both though if they were to be implemented.

i agree sounds and music would make the game good but for the ones who dont like it have the abillty to mute um. good luck guys

I like the idea of buy/selling, the "chaching" but as for background music i think not, it ust doesnt work well.
But i was thinking when you level there could be a victory clip
however i think it would be good to add an option to mute it all or certain sound effects

i've voted for no BUT if we have the option to turn them off when we feel like it

well i voted for YES, like volg said, i would like that just in case we could choose for turn it on/off, also have the option to listen the effects but no the music and vice verse
