im not sure why, it could be this shitty computer. but i go to run the server and it pops up WARNING "Hardware acceleration undetected. This will result in poor performance." then i would click ok and it says ERROR "Unable to create the render device." like i said it could be the windows im running on. but i thought i should post it just incase it aint.

im not sure about video card

i also just tryed it on windows xp computer, it did the same thing.


EDIT: i forgot one of the errors, another one pops up saying ERROR "Failed to create IDirect3Ddevice8."

ok im on my third computer. and with this one it says Dristin Client.exe - Application error "The application failed to initialize properly (0xcc0000135). click ok to terminate the application."

what is the specs on the new one you are trying

i did some messing around on the windows 98 and i changed the color to true color (32 bit) and the first error pops up saying it will run poorly but it goes to the dristin client but it stays black, idk im messing around trying to see what i can do to fix it, so it must be the computers
