Theme change

As you can see, the site's theme has been changed. I will be changing the icons/graphics to match in the next couple days. If you see anything that doesnt match, or is hard to see/read, post it here so it can be fixed.

Rad, you may not have seen it as i didnt force everyone to use it right away. Everyone should see the new theme now.

I have completed the graphic changes. If you see some graphics that look out of place, let me know. Also if you see anything else that doesnt look right, or is incorrect, go ahead and post here.
